This course is designed to give learners a greater understanding of the issues of Equality and Diversity, by challenging their awareness of the issues and by exploring their own attitudes to prejudice and stereotyping.
Learners will take part in group discussions scenarios and exercises to explore the range of diversity in their personal and professional lives.

Course Qualification
Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a THTS certificate. There is no expiry date on this certificate, although we recommend that you refresh training every 2 years.
